Resolved Question: moving to California?

I am planning to move to California along with my wife. I will be buying a home and perhaps working out of home. My wife is planning to run a home-based child care center. I like both Sacramento area and Clovis for their relatively lower cost of living and affordable homes in the range of $275000 to $350000. I love the climate in Sacramento and certainly do not mind a little heat in Fresno/Clovis and I hate to move from place to place. I want get established and go on.
